  • Confirm acceptance of this proposal by completing the Proposal Acceptance Form in our offer email.
  • Once the form is completed, our scheduling team will be automatically notified, and they will start scheduling your clinic(s).
  • AVS will schedule your onsite clinic(s) and email you dates and times for approval.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a link to your online booking system and marketing materials to advertise the program to your staff.
  • On the day(s) of your onsite clinic(s) the immunisation nurse will arrive early to set up.
  • The nurse will stay for 15 minutes after the last vaccination.
  • Our nurses vaccinate on average 8 people in 15 minutes.
  • When your clinic(s) are completed, we will send you an invoice and any additional documentation you may require.
  • We can issue one or multiple invoices, e.g., by site.
